Poulter Notary Services

At Poulter Notary Services, we strive to provide professional and reliable notary services. Due to the nature of notarial acts—and legal limitations under Nevada law—refunds are limited and issued only under specific circumstances.
🔹 Non-Refundable Services
All completed notarizations are non-refundable. Once a notarial act is performed, the associated fee is earned and cannot be refunded, even if the notarized document is later rejected or not used.
🔹 Refundable Situations
We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in the following situations:Appointment canceled with sufficient notice (typically at least 2 hours in advance)Duplicate payment or billing errorWe were unable to complete the notarization due to an error on our partAll refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
🔹 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:Incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the clientMissed appointments or no-showsRefusal of service due to invalid ID, incomplete documents, or non-complianceClient dissatisfaction with the outcome of the underlying transaction or document (e.g., real estate deal, legal filing)
🔹 Travel & Remote Fees
Travel fees, remote notarization platform fees, and other convenience charges may be refundable only if service was not rendered and cancellation occurs prior to our departure or system setup.
